The objective of a Request for Proposal ("RFP") is to accomplish a fair, open, and competitive procurement in accordance with the Kentucky Model Procurement Code as outlined in KRS 45A. Bullitt County Public Library RFPs may be viewed at Central Library or online (see below).

Systems Manager Licenses
Bullitt County Public Library is now accepting proposals for System Manager Licenses, with a projected installation period beginning August 1, 2024.
Sealed proposals must be labeled "Sealed Bid Systems Manager Licenses" and will be accepted in person or via mail at Central Library in Shepherdsville until 5:00 PM EST on Wednesday, July 17th. Please note, late proposals or proposals submitted by e-mail or fax will not be considered. A public bid opening will take place at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, July 18th in Central Library's Conference Room 1.
