We are in the process of REOPENING! Public computer reservations are now available at all BCPL locations. Our facilities are not currently open for collection browsing and in-person checkouts, but library materials are available via our 24 Hour Libraries and Curbside Pickup service. Items can be returned in our book drops at any time. In addition, we’re available to provide phone and online assistance, and we’re busy creating virtual events for you to enjoy from the comfort of home. For more information, visit our COVID-19 page.
SATURDAY, JULY 4th | All locations will be CLOSED for the holiday. Services will resume on Sunday at Ridgway Memorial Library and on Monday at all other locations.
Use the menu to the right to learn about all available resources for a particular format (like e-books!), or click on a specific resource icon (like Hoopla!) to begin exploring available titles. With just a few simple clicks, you can access thousands of free e-books, audiobooks, music albums, videos, and more.
Sometimes you need a little something more than books and videos to help you grasp certain skills or new information. Here at BCPL, we strive to offer you the classes you need when you need them.
Our friendly and knowledgeable reference librarians offer free one-on-one computer skills classes during scheduled reference hours at each location. Subjects include resumé help, computer basics, Web navigation and e-mail, social networking sites, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, and the basics of Microsoft Excel or PowerPoint. We also provide training on our library databases and online catalog and an overview of resources on our library website.
To schedule an appointment, e-mail email@example.com or call the Reference Desk at 502-543-7675 ext. 4.
Group Classes, Workshops & Lectures
Keep an eye on our events calendar, because the Library offers group classes, workshops, educational lectures, and other adult learning opportunities on a variety of topics on an ongoing basis. You might find something you can’t live without!
