Switch to Libby!
The legacy OverDrive app will be fully discontinued in early 2023, but Libby offers the same Kentucky Libraries Unbound titles you love with new features and an improved user experience!
Sometimes you need a little something more than books and videos to help you grasp certain skills or new information. Here at BCPL, we strive to offer you the classes you need when you need them.
One-on-One Assistance
Our friendly and knowledgeable reference librarians offer free one-on-one computer skills classes during scheduled reference hours at each location. Subjects include resumé help, computer basics, Web navigation and e-mail, social networking sites, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, and the basics of Microsoft Excel or PowerPoint. We also provide training on our library databases and online catalog and an overview of resources on our library website.
To schedule an appointment, e-mail [email protected] or call the Reference Desk at 502-543-7675 ext. 4.
Group Classes, Workshops & Lectures
Keep an eye on our events calendar, because the Library offers group classes, workshops, educational lectures, and other adult learning opportunities on a variety of topics on an ongoing basis. You might find something you can’t live without!
