Seller Application: Nichols Community Yard Sale

Thank you for your interest in participating in our community yard sale on Saturday, May 9th! Please complete this form no later than Monday, May 1st to reserve your space.

Applicants will be notified of their status by phone or e-mail prior to the event.

Important Details

Prohibited Items 🚫

The following items may NOT be sold:

  • Firearms, weapons, or ammunition
  • Recalled or unsafe products
  • Broken or hazardous items
  • Cribs, bassinets, car seats, or unsafe infant products
  • Food or beverages (unless approved)
  • Illegal items

👉 When in doubt, leave it out.

Seller Guidelines ⚠️

To keep this event safe and enjoyable for everyone, please review:

  • Sellers must bring their own tables, chairs, and canopies
  • Booth spaces will be assigned in advance
  • Setup instructions will be shared after approval
  • Sellers must remain set up for the full event (9:00 AM–2:00 PM)
  • Sellers are responsible for cleanup of their space
