“The hum of bees is the voice of a garden.”  –Elizabeth Lawrence

Discover what all the buzz is about with local pollinators! Kiddos can plant pollinator-friendly plants in a mini greenhouse while teens and adults can learn how to identify different flowers and pollens with County Extension Agent Lorilee Kunze. Plus, remember to check out the pollinator garden and bee boxes in the backyard!

Bzzz… Did you know? Bees, butterflies, and other pollinators are essential to cross-pollination, which contributes to the success of many crops and to wild plants’ ability to thrive. Without the spread of pollen, many plants would die off.
For all ages.
Registration is required for a select number of reserved seats. Additional seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Questions? E-mail Stephanie at [email protected].
