ABOUT OUR SPEAKER
Rep. Attica Scott (D) represents District 41 in the Kentucky House of Representatives, where she is on the Education; Elections, Constitutional Amendments & Intergovernmental Affairs; Judiciary; and Natural Energy & Resources Committees. In 2017, Representative Scott was named to Essence Magazine’s list of #Woke100 women in the US, became a Rise to Run Trailblazer, and joined the Emerge Kentucky Board of Advisors. She is a certified anti-racism trainer through Crossroads Ministry and the Commission on Religion in Appalachia.
