DESCRIPTION: Buck, a domesticated dog living happily at a California ranch, is stolen from his home and taken to Alaska to serve as a sled dog. Demands on sled dogs is high in the midst of the Klondike Gold Rush, and Buck is forced to revert to a wild state in order to survive with other dogs in this harsh environment.
