We will get in touch with you as soon as possible to provide access information for your account so that you can begin streaming, downloading, and accessing high-quality research and learning tools. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process your application and create your account. You will receive an e-mail with your library card number and PIN once your new account is active; a physical card will be mailed to you shortly thereafter.

If at any time you would like to check out physical materials like books, books on CD, DVDs, Blu-rays, hotspots, or Library of Things items, simply visit any BCPL location to upgrade your card to a full-access account.

Please note:

• If you are under the age of 13, we cannot process your new account until we have spoken with an adult. Please have a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult call us at 502-833-4648 if someone has not already done so.
• Digital Only accounts expire after one year and must be renewed annually; you will be contacted via e-mail as your expiration date approaches.
