REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: ROOF REMOVAL & REPLACEMENT

The Bullitt County Public Library is seeking proposals from qualified licensed, bonded, and insured roofing contractors to provide a bid for removal of the existing metal shingle roof and replacement with a treated architectural shingle roof with appropriate underlayment for protection from water and ice at our Lebanon Junction branch location at 11382 S. Preston Highway in Lebanon Junction, KY. Sealed bids must be received by noon on Friday, February 26th.

November 30, 2015: Snow and Ice Removal

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL

Bullitt County Public Library (“the Library”) will be issuing a contract for snow and ice removal for the coming winter season. The timeframe will begin December 1, 2015, through March 31, 2016. Should the Library require snow and ice removal outside of the posted timeframe, compensation rates for the service will be charged at the per event cost established in the proposal.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: LAWN CARE AND LANDSCAPING

Bullitt County Public Library (“the Library”) will be issuing a 12-month contract for lawn care and landscaping starting April 2015. The Library will be accepting bids that cover all Library Locations, including the Library’s annex building. Contractors are invited to submit itemized proposals per branch.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: INTERNET SERVICES PROVIDER

The Bullitt County Public Library (“BCPL”) in Bullitt County, Kentucky, is now accepting proposals for an Internet Services Provider. BCPL seeks a vendor to provide at least 1 gigabit per second
of Internet access, delivered though a Fiber-Optic medium, to be installed atone of our existing Library locations. The Library’s buildings are all connected via an existing fiber-optic gigabit WAN. Proposals must state all recurring and non-recurring costs to BCPL associated with the proposed service.
