Many families are affected by juvenile diabetes—and the numbers are growing.
Join others who have been affected by juvenile diabetes to receive information, support, and guidance from a trained health educator. Stacy Zeis, a diabetes educator from Bullitt County Health Department, will offer a 3-part series with helpful and healthful information. Participants will also be introduced to one another and encouraged to exchange stories and helpful hints for extra support, and each group member will be provided with printed materials with contact info and tips.
