Join us to create a masterpiece by throwing eggs filled with paint and glitter at canvas. Customize your own “eggstract” art by throwing eggs and creating abstract paint splatters across a canvas to make a one-of-a-kind art piece. Thinking outside the box has never made art so eggciting!

Psst… This event will take place during BCPS Spring Break. This eggcellent art could get messy, so dress appropriately!

DID YOU KNOW…?

Our Eggstract Art event is inspired by cascarones. Pronounced kas-ka-ron-ez, cascarones are a Mexican tradition used for Easter, Cinco de Mayo, and other celebrations. Hollowed-out egg shells are filled with confetti or toys and are often cracked over someone’s head as a fun surprise.

Since we’re using paint, please only break your eggs on the canvas!
