Choga, Choga, Choga!
Chair yoga is back by popular demand, with a punchy new program name! In September, stop by our main library on Tuesday afternoons for some choga fun and relaxation with certified instructor Stephanie Jackson of Southern Charm Yoga.
If you think regular yoga is intimidating, try choga! Now you can enjoy a gentler workout without becoming an arm-and-leg pretzel. This low-impact version is performed with a chair for support, making it perfect for a beginner or someone with difficulty balancing. Some individuals in wheelchairs may also be able to participate; please consult your doctor first if you have medical questions or concerns.

For ages 18 and up. Just drop in, but remember to wear comfortable clothing!
