Join us for an explosive journey into space with Kentucky Science Center! We’ll learn some fascinating facts about the role our Earth plays in the greater solar system, then you can bust out your inner rocket scientist with a variety of experiments and activities exploring gravity, rockets, and more!

Activities and experiments will include:

  • Ozobot Robots | See if you can navigate a mini Mars Rover through the Red Planet’s rough terrain.
  • Working Like an Astronaut | Put on your space gear and put your skills to the test with a series of out-of-this-world challenges.
  • Vacuum Pump | See why you don’t want to be lost in space as we investigate the vacuum of space and its effect on a variety of objects.
  • Rocket Launches | Get ready for blast off as you test different paper rockets on our portable rocket launcher.
  • Gravity Well | May the force be with you! Ground yourself while you conduct hands-on experiments to explore the forces of gravity.

For ages 11–18.
Registration is required for a select number of reserved spots. Additional space will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Questions? E-mail [email protected].
