Come together this summer for our annual SummerQuest celebration. Join us for Adventure Begins at Your Library—a chance for students, families, and people of all ages to explore the library and their community to find new adventures together.
Choose your adventure! We have some amazing events planned including live performances, animal visits, escape rooms, laser tag, author visits, gaming and trivia nights, arts and crafts programs, campfire stories, and more. And of course we have fun SummerQuest challenges and prize opportunities for all ages!
SummerQuest Kickoff Festival
Date: Saturday, June 1st | 10:00 AM–1:00 PM Location: Central Library
Come together for another epic SummerQuest Kickoff Festival brimming with fun activities and friends from the community. Play games, win prizes, visit hands-on STEM activity stations, and pet our furry animal friends from Honey Hill Farm. Plus, sign up for Cultural Passes, get your face painted, and more. Kiddos can even claim a free book from the Dream Bus!
SummerQuest bingo cards and stickers will be available at all BCPL locations starting June 1st. We’ll have bingo cards with challenges designed for Kids, Teens, and Adults. Transition ages are welcome to choose whichever challenge most appeals to them. Prize options this year will include a sand pail & toys play set, a mini camping lantern, or a travel picnic blanket.
