Chair Yoga
If you think regular yoga is intimidating, try chair yoga! This low-impact version is performed with a chair for support, making it perfect for a beginner or someone with difficulty balancing. Some individuals in wheelchairs may also be able to participate; please consult your doctor first if you have medical questions or concerns. Ages 18 and up.

Yo-ho-ho! Come party like a pirate! Put yer swashbuckler skills to the test as we learn to talk like a pirate and create our very own pirate flags and treasure maps. Plus, haul in some pirate gear and get captured in our photo booth. For children of all ages.
