DESCRIPTION:COVID Alert: This program is on hiatus until at least February 9th. Due to the difficulty of enforcing social distancing and masks with young children\, and keeping current CDC recommendations in mind\, we have made the difficult decision to put many of our programs for children under age 5 on temporary hold. In the meantime\, we will continue monitoring the local COVID incidence rate and will await further guidance from local health and government agencies. \n\nPlay gives children a chance to practice what they are learning.  —Mr. Rogers \nJoin us to help your little one start their early-learning adventure! Toddler Time for ages 0 to 2 is designed to help lay the foundation for lifelong learning through a combination of stories\, songs\, and play. \nChildren learn language by listening to others talk\, and stories and songs help them learn how language sounds\, add new words to their growing vocabulary\, and begin to understand what words mean. Play helps children express themselves and put thoughts into words as they explore the world around them and build early social skills through interactions with other children. \n\nSpecial Toddler Times\n\nOCTOBER 27th: Halloween Party\nDECEMBER 22nd: Winter Holiday Party\nFEBRUARY 9th: Valentine’s Day Party\nAPRIL 13th: Easter Party\nMAY 4th: Graduation Party\n\n\nToddler Time is offered weekly at 4 BCPL locations. Can’t make it to Hillview on Wednesdays? Consider attending on Tuesdays at Mt. Washington\, on Thursdays at Ridgway Memorial\, or on Fridays at Lebanon Junction. A parent or caregiver must remain with the child at all times. \nRegistration is required for a select number of reserved seats.\nQuestions?
