DESCRIPTION:Do you like books? Do you like bunnies?\nCome read to our fluffy friends from the Bun Bun Brigade! \nStudies show that children who read aloud on a regular basis can achieve drastic improvements in their reading skills! And animals provide a safe\, encouraging presence for new and struggling readers. The bunnies listen\, and they don’t tease\, laugh\, or judge. Sharing books with furry supporters helps kids to: \n\nSustain concentration and focus\nIncrease reading comprehension\nExpand their use of vocabulary and language\nBoost confidence and pride in their reading skills\nCultivate a higher motivation for reading and learning\nFoster positive social interactions\nFeel more comfortable about school and learning\nEnjoy the experience of reading\n\nOh\, and the animals enjoy it\, too! \nThis event is designed to empower new and struggling readers—but all are welcome to come read a story to a bunny!\nRegistration is required for a select number of reserved seats.
