DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the fandom within you! \nCalling all fandoms! Join us on the first Thursday of the month to hang out\, relax\, and meet new friends who obsess over the same game\, TV show\, YouTube creator\, singer\, or book series you do. From themed break-out challenges to movie marathons and cosplay\, tweens and teens can enjoy new activities and explore a new fandom each month. A wide variety of video games\, tabletop games\, and card games will also be available—plus karaoke\, BCPL laptop access\, and more! We’ll also have drinks and snacks if you just want to chill and talk to your friends. \nFor middle & high school ages.\nJust drop in! Seating will be available on a first-come\, first-served basis. As witches and wizards\, you must escape before he arrives! Solve clues to figure out the magic spell that opens the door before Voldemort finds his way in. Will you make it out alive? \nNOVEMBER: Fortnite Tournament (@Hillview Branch Library only*)\nGet ready for a Battle Royale! Join us for a round-robin elimination tournament playing your favorite game: FORTNITE!!! Between rounds\, enjoy slurp juice (if you can find it!) and snacks. We will have a limited number of BCPL gaming laptops available\, or you can bring your own laptop with Fortnite installed. Players are also welcome to bring their own USB-supported hand controllers. And how’s this for an epic prize? The tournament winner will receive a $20 Master Card gift card!\n*A variety of other games and activities will be offered at our Ridgway Memorial and Mt. Washington locations.
