DESCRIPTION:So much fabric\, so little time… \nJoin Ruth Chowning of the Bullitt County Cooperative Extension Office to learn the art of strip quilting and make a 9-patch quilt block. Enjoy a three-session workshop covering beginner basics along with time-saving tips and tools to make quilting easier and improve the quality of the quilt top. \nWorkshop participants should attend all three sessions to complete their projects. \nThursday afternoons from 2:00–4:00 PM: \n\nJune 10th: The Sewing Machine and Other Equipment\nJune 17th: Fabric Selection and Sewing\nJune 24th: Pillow Finishing\n\nFor ages 9 and up. \nRegistration is required for a select number of reserved seats.
