DESCRIPTION:Hang out and make art at BCPL! \nOn the 3rd Tuesday of each month\, come explore your artistic limits! Raid our maker cart and choose from a variety of art supplies and tools—from high-tech equipment like our Wacom art tablets to low-tech supplies like oil pastels and fine-line drawing pens. Then\, use our supplies and your imagination to make your artistic visions a reality! We’ll often host special art\, design\, and craft instructors\, and new art project will be featured each month. We’ll also have drinks and snacks if you just want to chill and hang with your friends. \nFor middle & high school ages.\nJust drop in! Seating will be available on a first-come\, first-served basis. One fun way of learning how robotics work is with Cubelets\, a modular robotic kit with endless possible combinations. Come experiment and learn to make your own awesome robot creations that light up\, move\, make noise\, and more! Beep boop! \nDECEMBER 18th: LEGOs\nWho says LEGOs are just for kids? Join fellow tweens and teens to build a GIANT LEGO creation together—or if you’re feeling anti-social\, you’re welcome to build on your own or in a smaller group. The sky is the limit! \nJANUARY 15th: 3D Printers\nDo you have a great idea for a toy\, ornament\, or some crazy invention but need help making your idea come to life? Learn how to bring your ideas into reality with our 3D printers! We will show you how to turn your designs into models\, giving you the power to make your very own 3D creations.
