DESCRIPTION:Prepare to defend yourself! \nJoin us for a group demonstration of self-defense techniques with Anthony Reeser of Shaolin Kempo School of Martial Arts. Then we’ll break into small groups at stations designed to provide hands-on experience with specific techniques and personal feedback from experienced instructors. But your learning path is up to you—YOU can decide which techniques to focus on as you learn and visit the available stations at your own pace. \nABOUT SHAOLIN KEMPO KARATE & ANTHONY REESER \nShaolin Kempo Karate is a unique system of Self-Defense with the combined structure Shaolin Kung-fu\, Kempo Karate\, and Jiu-jitsu.  Through this combination\, you can effectively learn to protect yourself against harmful situations as well as learn discipline\, self-control\, self-esteem\, confidence\, and a positive way to good health and conditioning your entire body.  –from the Shaolin Kempo School of Martial Arts website \nAnthony Reeser is the owner of Shaolin Kempo School of Martial Arts\, where his overall goal is to ensure that each and every one of his students is offered the best martial arts training possible.
