DESCRIPTION:Regular yoga is so intimidating—try chair yoga! \nStart your month well with “choga” fun and relaxation is a class atmosphere. Together\, we’ll work through a series of video lessons provided by certified instructor Stephanie Jackson. Join us at Ridgway Memorial Library on the 1st Wednesday of each month. \nNow you can enjoy a gentler yoga workout without becoming an arm-and-leg pretzel. This low-impact version is performed with a chair for support\, making it perfect for a beginner or someone with difficulty balancing. Some individuals in wheelchairs may also be able to participate; please consult your doctor first if you have medical questions or concerns. \nFor ages 16 and up. Just drop in\, but remember to wear comfortable clothing!\nSeating will be available on a first-come\, first-served basis. Questions?
