DESCRIPTION:Regular yoga is so intimidating—try chair yoga! \nMake your month well with “choga” fun and relaxation. Drop in at Lebanon Junction on the 3rd Wednesday of each month to join others as we follow along with videos from certified instructor Stephanie Jackson. \nNow you can enjoy a gentler yoga workout without becoming an arm-and-leg pretzel. This low-impact version is performed with a chair for support\, making it perfect for a beginner or someone with difficulty balancing. Some individuals in wheelchairs may also be able to participate; please consult your doctor first if you have medical questions or concerns. \nFor ages 16 and up. Just drop in\, but remember to wear comfortable clothing!\nSeating will be available on a first-come\, first-served basis. Questions?
