DESCRIPTION:Discover the history of this pen-and-ink artform with Kentucky artisan and author Thomas Freese. You’ll learn the basics of calligraphy\, then you will be provided with supplies to create your own quill pen from a wild turkey feather! \nWear old clothes—we’ll be using ink that could stain! Also\, note we will be using an Xacto knife during this workshop. \nFor ages 12 and up.
