A rich and thoughtful novel about faith\, acceptance\, and having the courage of one’s convictions\, Southernmost features a Pentecostal pastor in Tennessee whose change of heart after a flood sends his life into a tailspin. When he helps a gay couple and begins to preach a message of tolerance and open-mindedness\, he loses the support of his congregation and his wife. Then\, with the prospect of also losing custody of his nine-year-old son\, the pastor panics\, kidnapping his son and embarking on a journey to locate his estranged gay brother in the Florida Keys. \nJust drop in!\nRegistration is not required to attend.
